Can't see (or access) a course or lesson in the member area

If your course is listed in the member area but you see "not enrolled" try the following:



1 - Confirm you're trying to access the correct program (ie ChatHeadlines vs ChatSubjects).


If a program is included as a bonus with another program, you'll find access to it under the Bonuses section of the main course.


For example, you will see "not enrolled" under the ChatMail Pro course, but you have access to it in the Bonus section of the EPIC Email Masterclass.






2 - Have you used different email addresses to purchase programs? 


Your program is stored under the email used to make the purchase.

If you have separate emails, you will have multiple logins with access based on your email address.

If this happened, send an email to support@JonBenson.com and include:


  • both email addresses used (and which your preferred email is)
  • the name on the account
  • program(s) purchased


Email support@jonBenson.com to merge your accounts. 


Let us know:

1 - the emails / accounts you want to combine 

2 - your preferred email account to login with (and receive updates)
